Patients and/or their Caregivers who have been diagnosed with Heart Failure

The Henne Group is searching for patients and/or their caregivers who have been diagnosed with heart failure to be a part of an online community. You we will be asked for your opinions and ideas in a variety of ways, including surveys, discussion boards, and brainstorming sessions.  Your participation will help deepen our understanding of the emotional mindset, attitude, and unmet needs of chronic heart failure.
 

You can participate in this online community whenever and wherever it is convenient for you. Members will typically spend about 5 to 15 minutes per week in the community. You will receive $10 for your participation and be eligible for gifts that could total up to $125. No attempt will be made to sell you anything or influence your thinking, and all participation is confidential.
